He specifically wanted to Imow whether a member of his organization was eligible to attend the Academy. I informed him that I could not definitely state whether a member of his organization was eligible for attendance (/ advising him that the matter of eligibility would have to be con- sidered by higher officiale of the Bureau. A copy of the Bureau's publication, "The FBI National Police Academy - Questions and Answers" and an application blank were given to Private and it was suggested that upon receipt of the executed application the Bureau would advise his superior ee ©: States Marshal for the United States preme Court as to whether his organization was eligible or not.
