One exception is the matter of exterior lighting to serve the dual func- tions of discouraging mischief-makers or vandals from approaching or damaging the building at night, or, alternatively, making such intruders more readily observable by our night patrol. \ -, aN As you know, we have a heavy growth of decorative foliage N surrounding the grounds, and while this adds to the beauty of the ~ structure it also affords excelent cover for someone bent on XS demonstrative damage or worse. For this reason our own staff " concludes that some form of exterior lighting should be installed ™ as soon as possible for security purposes.
