Wick in my office talked on the telephone with
Library of the Supreme Court (Code 199, Extension 31]}.

some congressional c ittee wherein he recommended outiawing the Communist

segments of the press to an extent so interpreted a statement the Director
made while testifying before the House Committee on Un-American Activities
