Re: Request cf U.S. Marshal eens b one Supreme Court for Agents: United States dershol of the Supreme Court telephoned and stated that he would apprec t very much if we could send two Agents to the court Monday morning; that he is somewhat concerned over the crowd which is coming to the court during the trial of the case there. He further stated that he recalled that I had previously re- quested him to submit such requests by letter, and that he would be glad to confirm this one by letter. I told him that while I did not know whether we had any Agents availeble for such duty at this time, if he would submit a request in the form of a letter, due consideration would be given it.
