gases which otherwise would be diamiesed because of

| considerable, inagmich as eases already dismissed
ay for a lack of @ legal disagreement, may be refiled
within ninety daya from the passage of this act, and
if the legislation had not been passed, at least
several thousand suita would have been dismissed
without prejudice, as being prematurely brought
because mo walid disagremment haf been entered. If
thie had resulted, it is believed fully fifty per~
eent of them would not have been refiled.
