LEVISON said he had talked to KING about several proposals he had made concerning new projects he would like to see initiated, and learned that KING was especially interested in the one relating to urban affairs, and the one relating to the "President's report". In fact, according to LEVISON, KING plans to be in Washington, D. C.,to testify during hearings that will be held to consider his report (apparently alluding to some report the White House has sent to Congress or to some other Government agency). It was during their contact that CHAUNCEY told that a four million dollar Federal Housing Administration (FHA) credit has been allocated to MARTIN LUTHER KING and the movement (SCLC), and the Community Relations Foundation is going to process it.
