STANLEY, JR, advised that on the morni of March 21, 1975, as is her normal procedure she picke up the mail addressed to Judge STANLEY at the U.S. Post Office, Leavenworth, Kansas. In the mail was a letter addressed to Judge ARUTHER STANLEY, U.S. District Court, District of Kmsas, Leavenworth, Kansas, 66048 that had been mailed by the Medical Center for Federal Prisoners, Springfield, Missouri, on March 19, 1974, She stated she opened the envelope and found that it contained a two page handwritten letter dated March 18, 1975, Spring- field, Missouri, which stated Judge STANLEY, “I am writing you in regards to several problems".
