TALMADGE, and Representative CHARLES E. BENNETT. The Acting Director, FBI, Washington, D.C., advised that Honorable FRANK CLARK, member of Congress, 25th District from Pennsylvania, received the following letter from an unknown individual, P.0. Box 1000, Leavenworth, Kansas 66048:
