Robert Pearce, polygraph examiner of our Philadelphia Division, telephonically advised he received a telephone call from U. S. Attorney (USA) George Beall this date. USA Beall called Pearce to advise him he would not need him to conduct polygraph examinations before the week of 10/9/73. Beall further advised SA Pearce that he would be conducting several polygraph examinations during the week of 10/9/73 and he would reconfirm this at a later date. SA Pearce Stated he would keep the Bureau advised of this matter and that no communication would be forthcoming at this time.
