Our Pittsburgh office has been telephonically advised of the receipt of this letter and instructed to immediately conduct all logiesl investigation to identify the author of thia letter and present this matter to the appropriate U. S. Attorney. Our Yashington Field office has been instructed to advise appropriate authorities in Washington, D.
