The letter arrived in a handprinted envelope which was addressed to the editor, Editorial Division, Wiani Herald, Miami, Florida, and bore the return address of RB. P. O., 124 Wayne, Daytona Beach, Florida. The envelope bore a 6¢ postal stamp and had been postmarked August 23, 1970, p.m. at Daytona Roach, Florida. The letter received in the envelope was an three-page hand- written communication, the first page of which is en~ titled “Assination Scoop" and ends *...(6) Cessation of." The second page is hended,"Page number 2" and ends ”,..in the middle.” The third page is herded “Page nunber three" and ends *,..%he Society for the Constitution and a Patriotic America.” It was noted that the letter seemed to ba in the format of a newopaper article reporting events which were to take place in the future, Walle tho"liiani News'"recoives a great deal of correspondence no corrospondence has previously beon received from the Society for the Constitution and a Patriotic Anerica, and R, P. O, of 124 Wayne, Daytona Beach, Florida, does not correspond regularly with the paper.
