Date of transcription S/EBSFPQ telephone number[_——“‘(SS#&SYS abc ised that: he was present at the Lausche Building, Ohio State Fair- grounds, when Vice-President AGNEW arrived, however, he stated that he did not see the Vice-~President's automobile, nor did he see anyone throw any objects at the car, Additionally, Cid nQiised that he was at the Lausche Building becatise a petition had been passed around the Ohio State University Law School asking for legal observers for the march and demonstration at the Lausche Building. explained that a legal advisor was just to watch in case witnesses to any incidents were needed at a future date, eee stated that he did not see any incidents and repeated that he did not see anyone with rocks, nor did he see anyone throw any obj ects. Le stated that he wag at the back of the cr and was really not in a position to see the people arriving at the building, also advised that he did not know zwny of the persons in the crowd and could offer no names o£ persons who might have witnessed the incident.
