Due to confusion et the scene he later determined mo one from the United States Secret Service (USSS), Local Police, or Ohio Highway Patrol observed the individual who threw the object. He authorized photographs to be taken at the scene and advised that when the limousine returns from Japan the USSS Laboratory will examine the glass.
