| Office of the Vice-president, Executive Office Building,
Washington, D.C., advised he was riding in the Vice-president's
Limousine when demonstrators jumped over a cycloe fence
barricade 40 feet from the car. Numerous objects were throm
| at the car from the crowd but oly cone actually hit the car.
| It sounded to him Like either a heavy rock or possibly a heavy
| round metal object. The first thing that came to his mind was
| a shot put, This resulted in a two inch chip in the upper
right corner of the rear window.
Due to confusion et the scene he later determined
mo one from the United States Secret Service (USSS), Local
Police, or Ohio Highway Patrol observed the individual who
threw the object. He authorized photographs to be taken at
the scene and advised that when the limousine returns from
Japan the USSS Laboratory will examine the glass.
