a well-known hoodlum attorney,
during the period ll/25/60 to
2/H/63, in Nevada, I1linois,'New
York and
California. Information
therein indicated that Korshak was closely associated with Dalitz and
was in
frequent
contact
with Dalitz. Korshak was
the person who advised
top racketeers insofar as their legitimate enterprises were
concerned.
It was stated that Korshak had been contacted on numerous
occasions by the Chicago Office in an
attempt to arrange an appointment.
Korshak advised
he
would not submit to an interview with the FBI.
