STATEMENT OF FACTS To date it have been more that (Twenty One(21)] since the Fe- deralGovernment(The term Governmént) includes,Federal Judges, Justices,attorneys,Clerks,deputies,assistant,law clerks,and all other officers of the court) ,conspired,;agreed to totally destroy Appellant,his family, businesses, deprive him of lib- erty,real and personal properties, life, freedom and all other enjoyments of life,because of (1),his marriage to a [White Woman,and three(3) children of the marriage],(2),his growing standards and name and reputation in the immunity.And (3),be- cause Appellant attempted to sue City of. St.Louis,State of Missouri's police Department and Board of Police Commission- ers,for acting [Without Warrant,Probable Cause and in the absence of Appellant and family] broke into a newly licensed business,that had never opened. for business,searched and se- ized [ over $250,000 in private Property J,after police inve- stigation,found..no-crime..committed,refused to return the pro- perty upon Appellant's several requests,three monthly alter, ‘city of St Louis Missouri sold said private property at city auction sale and ‘keep the proceeds.Thereafter conspired with three other St Louis Counties,in a colluded agreement,on paper charged Appellant with Stealing and Burglary from those coun~ ties.See p.p.,34 et aeq.attached to Joint Appendix(A3).Short- ly therafter. Appellant and wife were charged in a fourteen count federal indictment,with drug violations,,from that date April 8,1976 the Government did falsely manufactured a trial tainted from the core,with all the crime set out on the Two(2) -ll- ’
