received at the Bureau from Secret. Service, dated 12/18/69.

are also included for each office,

envelope through thé U. S. mail, addressed to Senator Edward
Kennedy. The letter contains a velled threat. against the __
Senator. The Boston office should discuss the contents of it
with the appropriate office of the U. S. Attorney.
