concerning the briefing of certain Members of Congress and their 4
staff members on NCIC/CCH operations on 10/25/73.
As you are aware, responses to the invitations extended are Ne
being received and a number of Congressmen and Senators are designating |
their aides to be present for the briefing. Today, 10/19/73, Ni

‘Practice and Procedure, Committee on the Judiciary, which is chaired
by Senator Kennedy. stated he had learned of the NCIC/CCH \.
briefing on 10/25/73 from other congressional aides and wondered ‘
if it would be possible for an invitation to be extended to him as YX
a representative of the Subcommittee chaired by Senator Kennedy.
