The people feel that they should be made to answer personally for their failure as PRACTITIONERS OF THE LAW to notify the Police-about a fatal accident. ; The people of the 49 States expect the DEFARTMENT OF JUSTICE to concern itself by investigation, review and remedy the misuse of theLAWYER-CLIENT relationship and its use as a legal device and lo‘op-hole to circumvent the law to avoid responsibility for personal acts. The people of 49 States do not like the manner in which their home-town Democratic and Republican U.S. Senators have been dragged into this mess, put on the spot and subjected to a continuing embarrassment. If Senator Kennedy and his Brain Trust are sincere in his implied declaration that he has no presidential aspirations in 1972, THE PHOPLE UF 49 STsTES want him to take his foot out - from the Presidential Door by voluntarily vacating the LEAUERSHIP FOST OF SENATE MAJORITY WHIP.- By doing this he will take the Senate and his fellow Senators off the hook. Otherwise, the people will ask the Democratic Caucus and ultimately the Senate itself to debate and force the issue.
