On June 20, 1968, CARL W. FEICKERT, United
States Attorney, Eastern District of Illinois, East
St. Louis, Illinois, was telephonically contacted and
furnished information regardingl | background,

Missouri; previous commitments to the Illinois State ~

Mr.[ advised he did not consider the
statement an attempt to extort as defined under the
Extortion Statute, but merely a threat. —
He advised that he would desire that the State's
Attorney, Kankakee County, be apprised of present
activity and that the State's Attorney consider committing
[|to a state mental hospital.
