~ April 12, 1968 . ° '* GENERAL INVESTIGATIVE DIVISION Qn 4/9/68 the editor of the "Palm Beach Post Times" received an anonymous ~ postcard threatening both of the penatar - Kennedys. This threat was discussed with an Assistant U. S. Attorney at Miami, Florida, on 4/10/68, who ad- vised that it had no prosecutive merit and declined prosecution. Appropriate Local authorities have been advised. The Offices of Senators RK. F. Kennedy and E. M. Kennedy have been notified ‘o£ the threat and declination of ‘prosecution, Secret Service boire. 4
