In view of the estabiishment of the
INO Commission on the Atomic
Bomb, we would he to suggest a dec-
leration of policy of the following na-
ture by the President of the United
Atates, in order that the discussions of
the UNO commission may proceed in
an atmosphere of full good faith and
of confidence in their successful out-
come for international peace:
