‘The Facts. . In view of Senator McCarthy's repeated assertion: -
the Department wrote to Mr. Morgan, Counsel of the Sutcommittec o:
the Senate Foreign Relations Comaittee, investigating Senator
MeCarthy's charges, to see if Senator McCarthy had gupplicd
them with any information to back up these charges. Mr. Morgan
replied that Senator McCarthy has net supplied any such material.
