It was pointed out that in ten of the cases the Bureau had co ducted no investication but that the individuals involved were no longer employed b the State Jepartzent and there was no indicetion in Pureau files thet they were em- |; ployed elsewhere in the Governnent. On viarch 29, 1950 VFO was telephonically in- | structed to make a check with the Civil Service Commission to verify that these ten individuels are not employed in the Federal Government at the present tine.
