Nichols advised:"In Mr. Baumgardner! 8 memorandum of February 3, 1953, inguiry was made as to how the Bureau may uce coptes of correspondence addressed to Senator McCarthy. I wish to advise that I have specifically raised this problem with Din Surine of Senator McCarthy's Office.
