COUNT III: The Grand Jury of said County further charge that, before the finding of this indictment, - JOHN MUHAMMAD, alias JOHN MUHAMMED, alias JOHN ALLEN MUHAMMAD, alias JOHN ALLEN MUHAMMED, alias JOHN ALLEN WILLIAMS, alias JOHN WILLIAMS, alias CHARLES DOUGLAS, alias ° THOMAS LEE; alias WAYNE WEEKLEY, alias WAYNE WEEKS, alias LEE THOMAS, whose name is otherwise unknown to the Grand Jury, with intent to commit the crime of Murder (Section 13A-6-2 of the Code of Alabama), with intent to cause the death of another person, did attempt to cause the death of Kellie Adams by shooting her with a gun, in violation of Section 13A-4-2 of the Code of Alabama, against the peace and dignity of the State of Alabama.
