D.C. area. An unknown subject (or subjects) gunman has fired
high powered rifle rounds (.223) at victims on an apparently.
random basis. To date, the sniper's attacks have resulted in six
fatalities and two victims being critically injured. The most
recent victim was a 13 year old~student, shot as he approached.
