The Grand Jurors of the Commonwealth of Virginia and of the County of Spotsylvania, attending
the Court aforesaid, upon their oaths present that, in the County of Spotsylvania,
JOHN ALLEN MUHAMMAD, aka JOHN ALLEN WILLIAMS On or about the 4th
day of October, 2002, did maliciously cause bodily injury to "C.S.", a female citizen of Spotsylvania
County, with the intent to maim, disfigure, disable, or kill, and in a manner that caused said victim to be
severely injured and to suffer permanent and significant physical impairment in violation of §§
18.2-51.2(A); 18.2-10 of the Code of Virginia (1950) as amended.
Punishment: (Class 2 Felony) Imprisonment for life, or for any term not less than 20 years and a fine of
not more than $100,000. ;
