(Single wound to the head). *Re: Cook Homicide: As in the case of the homicide of an Asian woman on 09/23/02 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the victim here (Keenya Cook) was shot in the face. - .44 Ca: Used in a vandalism in May 02’, at Temple Beth el, a Tacoma synagogue, The ATF remains in an active investigation in that offense. Ballistic evidence seized after shootings on 5/1 and 5/3/02, (*Malvo/Muhammad listed as suspects: No charges filed as of yet*) - - 03/1 3/02: Greyhound Bus Trip by two subjects, listing themselves as John . Muhammad (Ticket #19255268) and Lee Muhammad (Ticket #19255269) from Los Angeles, California to Tucson, Arizona. - 03/25/02: Greyhound Bus Transaction: Gleaned from passenger manifest on Bus #2132 on Schedule #6379 from Nogales, Arizona to Phoenix, Arizona. Two tickets bought in cash under the names of Edward Williams 19812272) * and Edward Williams Jr. 19812273). 7. 03/25/02: ‘A stolen VISA card (stolen on a bus ride from Nogales, and’ Flagstaff AZ.,) in the name o is used to charge $12.01 in fuel. The account number is isa Greyhound bus driver interviewed by investigative personnel on several occasions, The source is certain that the theft occuired on this date. ~ replacement CDL was obtained on 03/26/02. ; - Bus route: Departs Nogales, Arizona at 12:00 p.m. ; Arrives: Flagstatf, Arizona at app. 10:00 p.m. Driver’s backpack left open behind her seat between Tucson and Phoenix, In Phoenix, where there was a two hour hold over, the source took her bag to wait in the driver’s room. When boarding the-bus again in Phoenix, the backpack (closed now), was placed behind her seat during the trip to Flagstaff. (*Source speculates the theft occurred between the original Tucson to Phoenix run, when the bag was left open behind her seat*). b6 bic
