Current Evaluation of Violence Potential Sources active and knowledgeable of affairs in the black community have advised that there is no activity on the part of any white or any black group of a nature that would cause tension between the races in the community and that, therefore, there has been no counter activity by any opposing group, which counter activity is generally the primary cause of trouble in the area.
