During his speech, Hare (1) accused Roy Wilkins, head of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, as being av"Uncle Tom"; (2) stressed the need for total Negro courses in education, includ- ing Negro Math; (3) compared the dis~ turbances at San Francisco State College and Cornell University; and (4) stated he would go to Algeria to recruit black professors. Copy of attached sent Inter-Division Information Unit of Department, and pertinent portions of attached will be included in a teletype summary to White House and other interested agencies.
