Stone, ‘ Camarillo, California, issued search warrants for these two locations and on this same date the search warrants were executed and numerous films and business records were seized. On November 4, 1975, Joseph pleaded guilty to : Count 4 of an indictment which originally contained eight aes counts. On January 8, 1976, Joseph was sentenced to six months custody of the Attorney General by U.S. District Court Judge Lawrence T. Lydick for violation, Title 17, United States Code, Section 104, Willful Infringement of Copyright for Profit. All other counts of the indictment were dismissed, A number of the films as well as all business records seized pursuant to the search warrants have been returned to Jeff Joseph. The following films, however, have not been returned.
