Contacts with local gamblers in Philadelphia, ’_ Delaware County and Chester, Pa., made by Chief of County Detectives, ' Pennsylvania State Police and Philadelphia Police Department with ‘negative results. Inquiries indicate that betting is light and-will — not start until week before championship fight. Several gamblers state they are of opinion that letters are publicity stunt.
