He was born in September, 1893 in New Albany, Indiana. His father was a
cashier in the Citizens National Bank, Louisville, Ky. The applicant at

grades while in instant school was 2.3 with the average grade being 2.5.
The record revealed that the applicant graduated with Honors receiving an ™
