Institute of Pacific Relations were Consunist fronts, that Lockwood's |
would probably come up as a foraer editor of both of these organisatio
Lockwood commented that while he was connected with both organisations —
were maintained as academic open forums and that Philip Jaffe later with
considerable bias made them instruments for his personal point of view.
