For the most part it concerned remarks by the AG véecommending that Senator Long inject his subcomnittee into * the field of recommended legislation, rather than continuing hearings zegarding the invasion of privacy. He advised that he told him point {blenk “I have been receiving a number of runors which indicate — that Bobby Kennedy signed a nenorandum sanctioning the usage of microphones on the part of the FBI--do you know anything about this?" {Senator Long stated that the AG replied that he had never heard i sf such a mecorandum. .
