Catlcth Lands Division of the Department, spoke to Waish : in my office. She stated that the Attorney General was addressing under today's date a note of appreciation to the Director, Associate Director, Assistants to the Director and Assistant Directors. She read off a list of the names of these officials and asked if her list was current and accurate, She was advised that it was. She then asked to be called back with the identity of any former Bureau official with the rank of Assistant Director or higher who, while no longer in the FBI, had served in the FBI during the Kennedy Administration. As to such individuals she stated she would need their j ho home e addresses. 7 - A check was made and it was determined that the following former officials served during the Kennedy Administration: Donald J. Parsons, former Assistant to the Director, retired 6-16-61, home address, Grandvue-on-the-Potomac, Lorton, Virginia; Quinn Tamm, former Assistant Director, retired 1-23-61, home address, $200 Wake Drive, Rock Creek Hills, Maryland. eee tN Sinee Quinn Tamm's retirement was effective immediately following inauguration, ‘ft is not felt his name should be furnished.
