4 / The Attorney General's personal secretary, Miss Novello,
advised he was desirous of seeing the motion picture film taken during
the course of his trip abroad in February. This is the film taken by
the U. 5. Information Agency. The Attorney General has not seen it
previously. Miss Novello asked if it would be possible to have this
film shown in the FBI classroom which is equipped with the necessary
projectors.
it is recalled that the Director previously approved our
showing the film taken by the commercial television people of the same
trip and this was seen by the Attorney General and his family in our
classroom.
ACTION
Miss Novello has suggested that late Friday afternoon would
be a convenient time for the Attorney General. I have checked and :
determined fur classroom will be free at 5:00 on Friday. Accordingly, -
if the Director approves, I will advise Miss Novello to this effect and ye:
will make arrangements with the Administrative Division to have a ad
projectionist run the film. co
