Security Index criteria and it continues to fall

ROBESON was National Chairman of the Council on
African Affairs until its dissolution in June, 1955,
ROBESON, further, because of his position in public
life, has not seen fit to serve outwardly on behalf of the
CP, but his established Communist sympathies, his
past contributions to the Communist movement and his
long history of association and/or membership in CP
front organizations, is believed to place him well
within the SI criteria,
