Concerning remarks of the subject, the article stated, "ROBESON recalled that visiting the Soviet Union in 1954 was ‘as I often afterwards said, like standing on a new pianet' where he felt no discrimination as to color existed. ‘Now! he said, ‘we begin to see it will be possible to stand on another planet' and survey the earth.
