The subject, according to the Informant, spoke as a co~Chairman ef the National Committee To Win The Peace and called upon the progressives in America to fight against the reactionary ele~ ments in Ameriea, Informant also advised that the subject called upon the Anerican people to get along with the Slave led by the Communists in many parts of the world. According to the Infermant, a member of the Russian Delegation to the rally, dressed in a Red Army uniferm, at the conclusion of subjectts speech went to the platform and kissed ROBESON on both cheeks.
