On 10/3/55 BOUDIN by letter requested the Passport
Office to issue a passport to the subject in order that
the subject could accent an dnavitetion te attend in China,
“The Commemoration ef Gur One Hundredth Anniversary"or the
publication of WALT WHITKAN's “Leaves of Grass."
By letter dated 10/11/55 the Passport Office
ativised BOUDEIN that no American citisens were being granted
passport facilities to travel to commonist Ching.

On 1/22/57 BOUDIN requested the Passport Office
to give a hearing ta the subject regarding the subject's
application for & passport. «
On 2/14/57 the Passport Office requested BOUDIN
to advise the subject to submit a new mssport application
on the application forms in use at that time. .
