page three, column.one, contained an article entitied,
"ROBESON Offered Othello Role in Soviet Film: Again ..-: ee

article stated: "PAUL ROBESON, noted singer and actor, —
re-applied this week for a passport in order to appear (Bee
in a film version of the Shakespeare classic, "Othello*
scheduled for production this summer in the Soviet Union."
The article stated that the offer had been made by SERGET .
YOTKEVICH, Director of the Moscow Film Studio.
