Informant continued that after the invasion of Russia by the

and he again adopted a consistent pro-Scvict attitude, Informant described

According to infommant, when LATTLAOHE returned from his trip
to Russia and HKongolia with HENRY wALLACE, his attitude had stiffened to the
extent that he would suffer no criticisn of Soviet policies and broke off his
personal relationship with the informant because the informant md a decided
anti-Soviet feeling, He recalled that shortly after his return fron the WALLACE
