MEMORANDUM FOR TH. SUPERINTONDENT OF PRISONS,
With reference to the matter relating to
the funeral of the father of Federal Prisoner
W. Ke HALE, United States Penitentiary, Leaven-
worth, Kansas, the Bureau is in receipt of a
telegram from its Dallas office, dated March 6th,
1929, in response to the Bureau's telegraphic
request, for investigation at Campbell, Texas,
which is set out as follows:
