The State of Oklahoma was very much interested in this
case because of other charres of a similar nature venting aainet 7. K. Hale
and which in a way are more or less connected with the Roan murder case
dn which he was convicted,and, tecause of that, the State furnished a
representative of the State's Pureau of Investigation and Identification,
Mr. T. B. Yeiss, uho zave valuable assistance and proved hinself a most
