File joa) PENOPSIS oF FACTS: faa, tomate Oklahoma Penitentiary, MeAlester, again intern viewed; stated that one GrayiicHeer, also inmate there, was a resi-. dent of Kansas City, Mo. in ‘1922 end in the fall of that year, McNeer, then driving a car for the Bastern Auto Co., had brought : to Emery’s place, at 42nd and Paseo, Kansas city, Missouri, Bild - Hale and Henry} ammner; that MeNeer stated Pope chadel had hin . {McNeer) drive these men to see Emery; that Grammer and Bale st with Emery about forty-five minutes, while [cNeer waited; that” Grammer and Emery then had McNeor drive them to l2th & Broast Kansas City, Mo., where Emery, Hale and Granmer want inside, stayai a few minutes and then came out and had McNeer“drive them tack to Emery's place, 42nd & Paseo, at which place MeNeer left the | other three named men. GRAY McNEER, #14765, Oklahoma Penitentiary, Xcalester, was “int viewed and stated that in the fall of 1922 he was driving a car for: the Eastern Auto Company, then located st Sist & Prospect, Eanses _ City, Mo.; that the owner at that time was one F. J. (pop) Schadel;: that in the fall of 1922 Pop Schadel was noticed by McNeer talking ~~ privately to two men; that Schadel called McNeer over and tcld him ~~ * to drive these two men to sea W. J. mrery; that We J. mmery at thes. - time ran a paint shop at 42nd & Paseo; that MeNeer drove these two | men to said address and there let them out and W. J. Emery, who | ; McNeer knew well, introduced the two men to McNesr as Bill Hele and. Henry Crammer; that they stayed at Emery's place possibly forty-five mimites and then McNeer drove 411 three of them to 12th and fro that they stayed at 12th and Troost, in the basement, sams _gnert time and then the three men, Emery, Hale and Grammer, bad Yehed drive them back to Smery's place at 42nd & Paseo, wheres the thre men, Emery, Grammer and Hale, got out and McNeer left.
