report of Agent J. R. Burger in the above entitled

Agent Burger prepared this report
in the rough at Pawhuska and forwarded it to this
office to be rewritten. It will be noted that the
synopsis in this report includes about three and
one-half pages, which is much longer than probably
was necessary, but it was thought advigable to sub-
-mit it as Agent Burger had prepared the report and
isa thoroughly familiar with all the facts, However,
Agent Burger will be requested to make a leas exten-
sive synopsis in his future reports on this case.
