A review of the file in this case shows
that this investigation was completed and the facts therein
submitted to the United States Attorney on December 8, 1926,
Periodically since that time this matter has been called to
the attention of the United States Attorney in order to deter-
mine whether or not prosecution would be instituted.
Will you authorize the closing of this
case, with the understanding that it is to be reopened to
report the decision of the United States Attorney when it shall
have been made. &&«
