a Dear Sir:
Agent John R. Burger has been served
with a subpoena to appear as a witness in the District .
Court at Pawhuska, Oklahoma at 9 A.M, June 5, 1927, in
the trial of Byron Burkhart for marder of an Osage Indian.
Please advise by wire whether or not Agent Burger should
proceed to Pawhuska in answer to the subpoena.
