I was further advised that 29° the record disclosed that an examination had been made of Hale's tax . 30 liebility for the years 1922 and i923, and that it would recuire a 7 31 letter trom the Commissioner of Internal Revenue to Hale before a secon 32 examination could be made in accordeme with Section 1105 of the 32 Internal Reveme Act of 1926.
